We appreciate your interest in the Greensboro Woman’s Club. Any woman aged 21 and above who is willing and able to assume responsibility in the planning and carrying out of volunteer service-related activities in GWC may apply to become a member. Our business meetings are held
September through May on the first Wednesday of each month.
The Club is open to receive Prospective applicants from June 1 through September 15. Membership opportunities will reopen June 1, 2023. Upon admission to the Club, a Prospective applicant becomes a Provisional Member. Attendance at an orientation session is mandatory. Provisional Members will be inducted at the May Installation and Awards meeting, at which time they become full-fledged members.
Details including our application form and required deposit will be published here in May 2023.
Please check back at that time.
Prospective applicants will be contacted by the Membership Chairwoman within a week of receipt of their application. In the event of limited available membership vacancies, prospective applicants will be admitted based upon chronological order, shown by the timestamp on the online application. Should no membership openings be available, the applicant will have the option to request a refund
or allow the club to retain their deposit and application for the next club year.
