Facility Rental Fees: 

Daytime (7:00am–3:00pm):    Monday-Friday $125

                                                    Saturday $250   

Evening (5:00pm–12:00pm):    Monday-Thursday $200

                                                     Friday and Saturday $400

Sunday:  $300 (day or evening)

All facility rentals include usage of the following: 

(8) Round five foot tables, (5) rectangular eight foot tables, house dining ware (plates, flatware, glasses, coffee cups), linen or paper napkins, short or full length table linens and 75 banquet chairs. Specific and/or specialty serving ware, additional chairs, chair covers, tents, etc. may be rented or brought.

Capacity:

The Weir-Jordan House can seat up to 94 people for a seated indoor event, and approximately 130 guests for a standing indoor event (with a limited seating arrangement).  Additional seating can also be arranged on the front lawn (a tent is recommended) to accommodate larger parties up to 150 guests.

Servers: 

Servers are $12.00/hour per server.  For buffet dinners or hors d’oeuvre parties, one server per every 20-25 guests is recommended.  For plated full service dinners, one server per every 12-15 guests is recommended.  Additionally, servers provide set-up and clean-up services for your event. Gratuity for your servers is not added to your bill but is always appreciated. (Savory St. Catering does not keep any portion of payments intended for servers.  Servers are contracted individuals and receive the entire sum of their payment and gratuity).

Flower centerpieces for tables: 

Flower centerpieces may be provided by the caterer starting at $12.00. Clients are welcome to bring their own centerpieces or have them delivered by a florist.

Reception Cakes and Cake cutting:

Savory St. will be happy to provide the cake for your celebration.  You may select from the Sweets & Treats menu or discuss your favorite flavor with the caterer.  Custom cakes may be purchased elsewhere and brought.
